Online/Remote
Our lowest-cost option. Your treatment is managed remotely, with access to our doctors for support when required.
Medication collection is also charged at our Online/Remote price.
Face-to-Face Monthly
Includes your medication and one face-to-face appointment each month. This gives you the opportunity to discuss your progress, ask questions and be weighed and reviewed by your doctor.
Face-to-Face Weekly
Available with our injectable treatments. This includes weekly face-to-face appointments where our doctors can administer your injection for you, alongside ongoing support via text/WhatsApp.

Slimming Prices
We offer a range of prescription weight loss treatments with flexible options for online/remote or face-to-face care. Which treatment is correct for you depends on the consultation with our doctors whether this is online, remote or face to face. Any treatment prescribed can not fully guarantee results and must always be taken together with a healthy lifestyle programme.
Our treatment currently includes:
Phentermine tablets and Diethylpropion HCL tablets - treatment packages including consultation are £25 per week or £90 per month. These form part of our treatment options which are unlicensed but following a doctor consultation may sometimes be the correct medication to help certain patient lose weight. During your consultation the doctor will explain your options based on your individual medical history.

NEW – Foundayo Weight Loss Tablets
A new GLP-1 tablet from Lilly, the makers of Mounjaro.
Foundayo is a new prescription weight loss tablet for people who would prefer a tablet rather than an injectable treatment.
Foundayo was authorised by the MHRA on 10 August 2026 for weight management in adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI between 27 and 30 with at least one weight-related health condition. It is used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
Foundayo is also authorised for glycaemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes.
Foundayo is not currently available on the NHS.

Wegovy Tablets
Wegovy tablets are a prescription weight loss option for people who would prefer not to use an injectable treatment.
Tablets can also provide additional flexibility when travelling, without having to consider the temperature requirements associated with injectable medication.
Wegovy tablets are available in four doses: 1.5 mg, 4.5 mg, 9 mg and 25 mg.
At the highest dose, Wegovy tablets have been shown to result in up to 16% body weight loss. Individual results will vary.

Online/remote pricing also includes patients who choose to *collect their medication from us* rather than have face-to-face monthly reviews.
Face-to-Face Monthly
Includes your medication and a monthly face-to-face appointment with one of our doctors. This provides an opportunity to review your progress, discuss any concerns and monitor your weight.
Face-to-Face Weekly
Available with our injectable treatments. This includes weekly face-to-face appointments, and our doctors can administer your weekly injection for you.
You will also have access to your doctor via text/WhatsApp for additional support.
Thinking About Switching Treatment?
If you are already taking Mounjaro, Wegovy or another weight loss medication and would like to change treatment, please book an online/remote or face-to-face consultation.
Your doctor will review your current medication and dose, your progress, medical history and individual circumstances before advising which treatment may be most appropriate.
If you are considering switching from an injectable treatment to Foundayo or Wegovy tablets, please be aware that tablets may not provide the same effect for everyone already established on higher injectable doses.
In particular, patients taking Mounjaro above 10 mg should discuss the suitability of switching with the doctor before making any changes.

Our prescription medication is supplied through UK-registered pharmacies or official pharmaceutical distribution channels. We are always very happy to provide full details of all our linked pharmacies or suppliers.
Our prescribing doctors are UK GMC-registered and are available to provide clinical advice and support throughout your treatment.
Weight loss results vary between individuals and no particular level of weight loss can be guaranteed.
- Refund Policy
By purchasing our services, treatments or products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
- Medication
Prescription medicines are supplied following an individual clinical assessment and prescribing decision by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Once medication has been dispensed and supplied to a patient, it generally cannot be returned to us for resale or re-dispensing for safety and regulatory reasons. We therefore do not normally accept returns of medication that has been supplied.
Where medication has been supplied and you subsequently experience side effects, do not tolerate the treatment, decide not to continue, or do not achieve the desired result, the cost of medication already supplied will not normally be refundable.
If you experience side effects or have concerns about your treatment, please contact our clinical team. A doctor will assess your circumstances and may recommend continuing, adjusting, changing or stopping treatment, or arranging further medical assessment where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have where medication is faulty, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
We reserve the right not to prescribe, supply or continue a treatment where our clinician considers that doing so would not be clinically appropriate or safe.
- Treatment Outcomes
Individual responses to weight-management treatments vary. Results can be affected by a number of factors, including individual health, adherence, lifestyle and response to treatment.
We cannot guarantee a particular amount of weight loss, rate of weight loss or treatment outcome.
Information provided by our clinicians about expected or typical outcomes is intended to help you make an informed decision about treatment and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular result.
Where treatment has been appropriately provided but you do not achieve the outcome you hoped for, this does not in itself create an entitlement to a refund.
- Delivery and Courier Issues
Where medication or other products are delivered by a third-party courier, we will provide the delivery service in accordance with the arrangements communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information and, where required, making appropriate arrangements to receive the delivery.
If a parcel is delayed, damaged, lost or there is another problem with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with the relevant delivery provider and determine the appropriate resolution.
We will not automatically treat a courier delivery issue as the customer's responsibility simply because the parcel has been dispatched. Any refund, replacement or other remedy will be considered in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
- Services and Consultations
Fees for consultations and clinical services relate to the professional time and service provided. Where a consultation or clinical service has already taken place, fees will not normally be refundable simply because a patient subsequently decides not to continue with treatment or does not achieve their desired outcome.
If a service has not been provided, or if a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law, we will consider the circumstances accordingly.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
