Our pricing structure is designed to be simple and transparent.
New patient booking deposit
A *£25 booking deposit* applies to new-patient appointments. If the deposit has not been taken at the time of booking, it will be payable following your face-to-face consultation. The £25 deposit is deducted from the cost of any medication prescribed.
Please note: the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Online consultations
Online or remote consultations are currently provided *free of charge*.
- Treatment
Where treatment is considered clinically appropriate following an assessment by one of our doctors, patients are initially prescribed an appropriate one-month supply.
Our Treatment packages include consultation and on-going reviews by our doctors, they vary depending on which treatment is prescribed:
Slimming tablets: £90 for one month's treatment, where clinically appropriate.

All prescribing decisions are made by a GMC-registered doctor following an appropriate clinical assessment. Medication is only prescribed where clinically appropriate and safe to do so.

Step 2: We will contact you Monday-Friday 9am-6pm to book you in for either face to face or telephone consultation depending on your selection.
No problem, fill in the online consultation, submit it, and our doctors will go through it. If everything is safe and ok, we will send you the payment link. Once paid we will dispatch your medication for next day delivery in discreet packaging.

- Refund Policy
Due to the nature of prescription medicines, *we are unable to accept returns of medication once it has been dispensed or supplied to a patient*. Medication that has been supplied or delivered is therefore non-refundable.
Where a patient purchases our introductory slimming-tablet treatment, the first month is offered at a reduced price of *£75*, including the relevant clinical consultation and medication.
As part of this initial treatment, the doctor may provide a *short initial supply, typically one week*, and arrange a follow-up review to assess response, tolerability and clinical suitability before deciding whether treatment should continue.
If, following this review, you decide not to continue with treatment, *the £75 initial treatment fee is non-refundable*, as it covers the clinical consultation, prescribing/clinical management and medication supplied.
Our refund policy is displayed within our clinics and patients are asked to ensure that they understand and are happy with these terms before proceeding with treatment.

- If I do not tolerate the medication because of side effects, will I be offered a refund?
Prescription medicines can cause side effects, although not everyone will experience them and the severity can vary between individuals. Before prescribing, our doctors will discuss the expected benefits, potential risks and common side effects of the proposed treatment. Patients should also read the relevant patient information leaflet before starting their medication.
If you experience side effects, please contact our clinical team so that a doctor can assess your symptoms and provide appropriate advice. Depending on the circumstances, your doctor may recommend continuing treatment, adjusting or stopping the medication, or arranging further medical assessment.
*Medication that has already been dispensed or supplied cannot be returned for resale and is therefore not refundable.* The cost of medication already supplied is therefore not refundable if you subsequently experience side effects or decide that you do not wish to continue treatment.
Our treatment packages also include the doctor's clinical assessment, prescribing and follow-up support, which are not refundable simply because a patient subsequently chooses not to continue treatment.
If you experience severe or potentially serious symptoms, you should seek appropriate urgent medical attention rather than waiting for a response from the clinic.
We try our best to run our clinics to time but our doctors like to work with care and sometimes this means we may be running behind so please bear with us if we are running late and please allow some flexibility when booking a remote consultation.
O##### I have submitted an online consultation. What happens next?
Once you have submitted your online consultation, one of our *GMC-registered doctors will review the information you have provided during our working hours*.
Our doctors carefully review your medical history, current medicines, allergies, weight and other relevant information to determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate and safe for you.
If the information provided is sufficient and the doctor is satisfied that treatment is appropriate, they will make an individual prescribing decision and you will be contacted regarding the next steps.
*Sometimes we may need additional information before a prescription can be issued.* For example, if something in your medical history requires clarification, if we need to discuss potential side effects or risks, or if we feel that a telephone/video consultation would provide a safer and more complete clinical assessment. In these circumstances, one of our doctors may contact you or arrange a consultation with you.
If we do not have enough information to make a safe prescribing decision, *we will not prescribe until the necessary information or assessment has been obtained*. This may include requesting further information from you, arranging a remote consultation or recommending that you seek assessment from your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional.
Our priority is to ensure that any treatment prescribed is *clinically appropriate, safe and tailored to your individual circumstances*. Submitting an online consultation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.
For patients who would prefer not to use injectable treatment, there is now a new licensed oral option for weight management.
An oral treatment may also offer greater convenience for some patients, particularly those who travel and would prefer not to have to manage the storage and transportation requirements associated with injectable treatments.
As with all prescription treatments, suitability is assessed individually by one of our GMC-registered doctors.

Our medication is 100% genuine from UK registered pharmacies or directly delivered to us from the official distributor for the pharmaceutical companies. Please feel free to ask us for supplier details.
Unlike online pharmacies, when you request medication with us we will take care of you by allowing you easy access when you need to our prescribing doctors. You will not struggle to get quick support by UK GMC registered doctors with experience in weight loss prescriptions.
- There are cheaper online pharmacies. Why should I use your service?
We understand that there are a number of online providers offering weight-management treatments, and price is an important consideration. Our service focuses on providing *personalised, doctor-led care rather than simply supplying medication*.
Every patient is individually assessed by one of our *GMC-registered doctors* before any prescription is issued. Our doctors review your medical history, current medication, weight and other relevant information to determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate and safe for you.
As part of our service, patients are provided with a *direct clinic WhatsApp contact*, giving them an accessible way to contact our clinical team if they have questions, concerns about their medication or need advice during treatment. This provides an additional safety net and helps ensure that patients can raise clinical concerns with the team caring for them.
Where appropriate, we can also arrange a *telephone or video consultation, and we have physical clinics in Cardiff and Swansea* where patients can be reviewed face to face when this is clinically appropriate or is preferred by you.
