Simple Pricing
Our pricing structure is simple and easy:
Tablet Slimming Medication.
Initial consultation is charged at £25 but it is taken off the cost of medication if purchased, if you decide to purchase our weight loss program the first month of medication will cost you £90 and includes 4 weeks of appetite suppressant tablets and weekly doctor check up. We ask you to initially commit to one month of treatment to allow you to get a real idea of whether the treatment is for you. After the first month you are welcome to continue buying medication monthly or go to weekly.
Subsequent medication cost:
Shape up weekly : £25 – this is one weeks supply of medication.
Shape up monthly: £90 – this is 4 weeks of medication (saving you £10).
Mounjaro Pricing update Mounjaro price changes in the UK: what it means for our patients
The duration of treatment depends on your goal weight and how much weight you need to lose. But on average our patients stay with us for 3-6 months.
Slimming Injections:
We have three tiers of pricing for our injectable medication.
Online/remote: this is suitable for people who are happy to have less contact with our doctors but are still looking to be able to get in touch for support when needed.
Face to face monthly: same as online remote plus one face to face appointment a month. Suitable for people who like to have the reassurance of seeing a doctor face to face and having the 'accountability' and motivation of being weighed in person.
Face to Face Weekly: Everything in online remote plus weekly face to face appointments with our doctors. Suitable for anyone who would like our doctors to do their weekly injections and have a more intense face to face coaching option. You will also have access to your doctor via text/whatsapp.

Mounjaro
Mounjaro despite the price increase remains the best medication currently available for weight loss. It works by 'mimicking' the two hormones responsible for making us feel full after food: GIP and GLP-1. The double action means in the clinical trials at the highest dose of 15mg at 72 weeks patients lost on average 21% body weight. This is currently the highest of any weight loss medication.

Wegovy
Wegovy is the 'sister' drug to ozempic, it is produced by the same company that makes ozempic, Nova Nordisk and has been for our clinic a drug where we have seen great success with clients losing 6 stone and more! in a steady healthy fashion. It is also very cost effective and can be combined with our tablet slimming medication (subject to doctor approval per patient) for just £30 extra. Wegovy works by 'mimicking' the hormone GLP-1 and by doing so makes you feel full and satisfied even when you haven't eaten. It is a great choice for anyone struggling with background food noise and the 'I am constantly hungry' mindset.

Add on Slimming tablet medication for just £30. - can also be added to low doses of mounjaro subject to doctor review. Our slimming tablets help with the mental food noise and may give as side effect a sense of energy and well being. They are regulated and manufactured by our UK based supplier.
Refund Policy
By purchasing any of our services, treatments, or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following refund policy in full.
Medication
Once medication has been dispensed, released, or has left our premises, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances once medication has been supplied. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you change your mind, experience side effects, are unable to continue treatment, or do not achieve the desired outcome.
All medications carry inherent risks and potential side effects. By proceeding with treatment, you accept full responsibility for these risks. Refunds will not be provided for adverse reactions, intolerance, or lack of efficacy.
We reserve the absolute right to refuse, withhold, or discontinue any medication or treatment at our sole discretion if we believe that providing it may pose a risk to your health.
Treatment Outcomes
Results from medications and non-invasive fat loss therapies vary between individuals and are influenced by multiple factors beyond our control. No results are guaranteed.
We accept no liability for lack of response or suboptimal results, and no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued on the basis of treatment outcomes.
Any information provided by clinicians regarding expected or typical results is for guidance only and must not be interpreted as a guarantee or assurance of outcome or timeframe.
Delivery, Attempted Delivery & Lost Parcels
Where products or medications are delivered via third-party courier services, responsibility transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
We accept no liability for parcels that are lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or unaccounted for after dispatch, including where:
- Delivery has been attempted and no recipient is available
- A parcel is left unattended, in a “safe place,” or with a third party
- Delivery is marked as completed by the courier
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery details are provided
- If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is subsequently lost or inaccessible for any reason, no refund or replacement will be issued.
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct and that arrangements are in place to receive the parcel.
General
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered, treatments commenced, or products dispatched.
