Please note by purchasing any of our services you agree to our refund policy.

Once medication has been released and taken home we can not offer any refunds. This includes if you change your mind, unable to take due to side effects or lack of response. Every medication has side effects and by taking the medication it is expected that you have read and agree to be at risk of those side effects. We are unable to accept any refund requests as a result. We can offer a discount on other medication you may wish to trial as an alternative provided that is assessed as being safe by the doctor.
We reserve the right to refuse medication requests at our discretion if we feel by providing any treatment we are putting you at risk.
If you are using any of our non-invasive fat loss therapies the results from these are dependant on a number of factors and they may not work for every user. We do not accept liability for non response and will not offer refunds as results are not guaranteed, by purchasing treatment you agree to this.
Everyone responds differently to medication and as a result we give the standard advice as per evidence available from the drug manufacturers and we are unable to guarantee any results over any time frame. The doctor may offer you information regarding their clinical experience as to what most patients lose but this cannot be used as a guarantee of similar results for you.
